Organise, cook and serve a Pop-Up Supper at the Hornbeam…

February’s Supper Team

Love sustainably produced food? Volunteer with the Hornbeam to create a beautiful sustainable menu and serve an impressive 3-course meal for 30 happy guests on 30 April – locally sown, grown, picked and cooked!

This is a chance for anyone interested in catering, supper clubs or cafes to get stuck in and do it for real – with lots of support. All levels of experience welcome.  February’s write-up is here to give you an idea…

INTRODUCTION SESSION: Wednesday 30 March 6.30-7.30pm

WEEKLY PREPARATION SESSIONS: from Tuesday 5 April 2016 (5, 12, 19 and 26 April) with Hornbeam cheft Norman Loves and OrganicLea our organic veg growing partner. These will be from 6.30-8.30pm.

‘MEET THE KITCHEN’ DRY-RUN will be on Thurs 28 April 6.30-8.30pm.Screenshot 2016-01-14 12.55.14


You will need to be able to come to most of the preparation sessions so that you all know you can rely on each other on the night, plus the dry run and the pop-up night itself obviously – so check the dates.
