Sunday Family Club, we are getting ready for Mother’s Day!
Come and make an appliqué cushion cover with Hannah Ford, textile artist, and co-founder of Invisible Numbers. Collaborating with Forest Recycling Project (FRP, who’s aim is to help communities live sustainably, both from an environmental and social perspective). Using post-production fabric repurposed into her artwork Hannah is currently working with volunteers to repurpose and reuse fabric and textiles donated to the Forest Recycling Project.
Be part of this project, enjoy the therapeutic benefits of making and create a cushion cover with simple appliqué sewing methods to sew reclaimed fabric shapes. You can take your cushion cover home.
Sign up via Eventbrite as spaces are limited. Voluntary donations will be welcomed on the day. 20 spaces maximum.
(This workshop is open to ages 7yrs +. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. 1 ticket will admit 1 adult plus 1 child.)
