Tracing Food Journeys, with Eco-Printing and Weaving

Local artists Jimena Pardo and Elizabeth Salazar will be guiding families in processes of natural dyeing and weaving with recycled fabrics. They will also share stories of how food has travelled from Latin America to Europe.

For children and families who live in Waltham Forest.

Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Attend one or both days. Please book one ticket for each participating child for each day they will be attending.

Participants will create work to take home, as well as contribute to a larger piece of artwork that will be exhibited at the project’s final celebration open day at Organiclea’s Hawkwood Nursery in Chingford on Sunday 30th June.
