The Fork to Fork Supper Club is running every Saturday in June at the Hornbeam as part of the Appetite festival.
Check out the menu for this Saturday’s supper club on 1st June – loads of truly local and fresh produce from Organiclea prepared by Selina and Jamie:
- field and portobello mushroom pate with hawkwood mixed leaves and herbs – melba toast
- braised asparagus, peas and leeks with nettle and sorrel dumplings
- rhubarb and ginger granola crumble
Three courses for £15.
