“Get Cooking” workshops for children & young people

The Hornbeam cafe is pleased to present a series of low cost ‘Get Cooking: Healthy Eating Workshops’ for children and young people, which aim to encourage enjoyment and interest in healthy food, and provide information on five a day fruit and vegetables and healthy alternatives to sugar.

The workshops will be running from May until July 2012.

Fab Fridays

25th May; 1st, 8th & 15th June 10am – 2.30pm

Sweet Stuff 1

Sunday 10th June 2pm-4.30pm
Learn to make yummy and healthy cookies, cakes and smoothies
Ages 11 to 16.

Spaces are limited so booking for all the courses is essential (except Fab Fridays – just turn up).

A parent or guardian must be present for every child aged 10 or below
