New baking courses in 2012
The Hornbeam Bakers Collective want to inspire people to bake their own bread for themselves, for each other and for their communities, so they have lined up 5 baking courses early in 2012. See here for full details.
They also make fresh, handmade, nutritious, organic bread available in our neighbourhood, and bake for the Hornbeam Cafe, Hornbeam Box Scheme, Hornbeam Saturday Stall, Leytonstone Saturday Market, Growing Communities Market and a number of other events.

Any vacancies for the “Sunday 25th March: Sourdough Baking 1 with Simon and Pilar”? I tried sending a email to your hornbeambakers@googlegroups.com address but it was rejected (I don’t think googlegroups.com is correct).
Regards,
Roger

Hi
I’m really interested in your bread baking course as I’m struggling to find a day course at the weekend! I work as a childminder and really want to start making bread that we can eat as the stuff I’ve made is horrible.

HELLO,
I would like to speak with you or take classes. Would like to start my own coffee with bread classes and sell them but need advice. Thanks
Hi,
Probably best you email the bakers collective at hornbeambakers@googlegroups.com in the first instance.
If they are not able to help then email Hornbeam info@hornbeam.org.uk
regards,
Paul
Just doublechecked the email address; it’s hornbeambakers@gmail.com.
Happy baking!
Hi Lili you are correct, they have changed their email address to hornbeambakers@gmail.com. Paul
